Admissions Coordinator (April to July)

This is an hourly full-time position from April 1st to July 31st.



Provides administrative and customer service support for applicants applying to Study Group’s North American university partner programs. 



  • Accurately respond to program and admissions inquiries within agreed time frames
  • Accurately process applications and create records on student enrollment database within agreed time frames
  • Correspond with recruitment partners and sales managers regarding submitted applications
  • Conduct data entry to ensure students’ records are meticulously maintained on student enrolment database and university student enrolment system
  • Assists in preparation and collection of pre-arrival information
  • Take ownership of any customer service issues through to resolution
  • Ensure the Admissions Manager is aware of any potential agent, Centre or market issues to be able to feedback to all relevant staff
  • Identify opportunities to continually enhance the Admissions processes and improve working practices
  • Performs other duties relevant to the effectiveness of the team as directed by the Admissions Manager


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • General administrative responsibilities including data entry and document processing
  • Customer and/or student support services
  • Higher education advising, registration and/or admissions a plus
  • Enrolment management database systems experience a plus
  • Fluent in second language preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel and Power point
  •  Excellent attention to detail
